随迁老人社区居家养老服务现状、问题及对策建议——基于绍兴市D社区的调查
Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Community Home Care Service for the Accompanying Elderly —Based on the Investigation of D Community in Shaoxing City

当前我国的老龄化趋势愈加严重，老年人的需求也更加多元化，解决养老问题迫在眉睫，社区居家养老服务模式应运而生，成为当前的主流模式。在社会迅速发展的当下，许多老年人会作为随迁人口和他们的子女一起涌入城市。这些老人在帮助子女分担生活压力的同时，兼顾自己的养老生活，但是他们的需求容易被忽视，身处异地，身心的双重漂泊使得他们更需要针对性的养老服务。目前社区居家养老服务还处于发展阶段，缺少实践和经验的借鉴。文章调查了绍兴市D社区随迁老人社区居家养老服务的现状，分析了他们在社区居家养老服务中的问题，并提出了相应的对策建议，对完善居家养老服务具有重要意义。
At present, the aging trend in China is becoming more and more serious, and the needs of the elderly are more diversified. It is urgent to solve the problem of elderly care, and the community home care service mode emerged at a historic moment and has become the mainstream mode at present. Nowadays, with the rapid development of society, many elderly people will flock to the cities together with their children as migrants. These elderly people take care of their own pension life while helping their children share the pressure of life, but their needs are easy to be ignored. In different places, the double mobility of body and mind makes them more in need of targeted pension services. At present, community home care service is still in the development stage, and lacks practice and experience for reference. This paper investigates the current situation of home care service for the accompanying elderly in D community of Shaoxing city, analyzes their problems in community home care service, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which is of great significance to improve the home care service.
