面向视障人群的购物场景服务设计研究

Abstract:
以视障人群的感官认知特性为切入点，研究线上以及线下购物场景的现状与问题，分析视障者的心理以及行为特点，对视障人群的购物流程进行基于人机工程学的优化研究。本研究通过对于视障人群于线上以及线下购物场景中行为、心理的特点，开发了一套软硬件协同参与的购物体验设计。
This study takes the sensory cognitive characteristics of the visually impaired as an entry point to study the current status and problems of online and offline shopping scenarios, analyzes the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the visually impaired, and optimizes their shopping process based on ergonomics. This study developed a set of shopping experience design that involves the collaborative participation of software and hardware by analyzing the behavioral and psychological characteristics of visually impaired people in online and offline shopping scenarios.
