中医护理对急诊科重症监护病房脑出血患者的应用

临床上，对于急诊科重症监护病房的脑出血患者，急性出血期按照现代医学诊疗，如果可以不让其继续发展，使出血停止，脑水肿消退，患者可逐渐清醒，多遗留躯体程度不等的偏瘫，以及言语障碍，而昏迷一周以上者可能出现血管后痴呆。在挽救患者生命的同时，也要降低患者的致残率，在患者的恢复期及康复期时，中医护理就起到了举足轻重的作用，本文重点阐述中医护理对急危重症脑出血患者的临床应用。
Clinical, for the patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the emergency intensive care unit, the diagnosis and treatment of the acute bleeding stage should be based on modern medicine. If the bleeding can be stopped and the cerebral edema subsides, the patients can gradually wake up, more residual body degree of hemiplegia, as well as speech disorders, and coma for more than a week may occur after vascular dementia. While saving patients’ lives, it is also necessary to reduce the disability rate of patients. During the convalescence and convalescence of patients, traditional Chinese medicine nursing plays an important role, this article focuses on the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with acute and severe cerebral hemorrhage.
