贵州省农村地区人口老龄化现状、问题与对策研究
Research on the Current Situation, Problems, and Countermeasures of Population Aging in Rural Areas of Guizhou Province

贵州省作为西部地区典型的“未富先老”省份，其步入老龄化社会的时间以及老龄化进程已超前于当下经济发展水平，在社会养老服务方面存在诸多问题与矛盾，亟待解决。而经济发展更为落后的农村地区，有着数量更多、比重更大的老年人口，“未富先老”现象更突出，衍生的社会问题更多更复杂，有着更大的养老压力，一定程度上阻碍了农村社会经济发展。本文基于2010~2020年全国人口普查数据，对贵州省农村地区人口老龄化现状与问题进行分析研究，并据此提出系统建议，以期促进贵州省人口的均衡发展和社会经济的全面协调可持续发展。
Guizhou province, as a typical province of “getting old before getting rich” in western China, has stepped into the aging society and its aging process has been ahead of the current economic development level. There are many problems and contradictions in social elderly care services, which need to be solved urgently. In rural areas with more backward economic development, there is a larger number and a larger proportion of the elderly population, and the phenomenon of “getting old before getting rich” is more prominent, resulting in more complex social problems and greater pressure on old-age support, which hinders rural social and economic development to a certain extent. Based on the national population census data from 2010 to 2020, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of population aging in rural areas of Guizhou Province, and puts forward systematic suggestions based on this, in order to promote the balanced development of population and the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of social economy in Guizhou province.
