“V 于”结构自古至今都是一个较多见的非句法结构。而随着汉语的演变和发展，“V 于”两个部分的关系发生了一些变化，动词和于变得更加紧密，逐渐不再被看作是一种结构，而是一类词语。本文将以“终于”一词为例，深入探讨“V 于”结构词汇化的动机和成词的三步过程。
The “V 于” structure has been a more common non-sentence structure since ancient times. However, with the evolution and development of Chinese language, the relationship between V and 于 has changed somewhat. Verbs and 于 become closer, gradually no longer regarded as a structure, but a kind of words. This paper will take the word “终于” as an example to explore the motivation of “V 于” structure and the three-step process of the word formation.
