积极老龄化背景下基层社区老年教育的问题与对策研究
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Elderly Education in Grassroots Community under the Background of Active Aging

近年来我国人口老龄化的不断加剧，老年群体受到了社会的广泛关注，在积极老龄化的背景下，老年群体接受教育的价值得到了肯定。社区是与老年群体联系最为紧密的场所，也是开展老年教育的最佳场所，在推动经济发展、促进家庭和谐、肯定老年人个体价值等方面具有特殊的价值内涵。针对目前基层社区老年教育面临着师资队伍建设不完善、缺乏平台阵地、教育内容设置不合理、教育政策保障机制薄弱等问题，提出加强基层社区老年教育的体制机制建设、丰富基层社区老年教育的内容、加强基层社区老年教育的师资队伍建设、加大基层社区老年教育的宣传力度等建议，以期推动基层社区老年教育的高质量发展。
In recent years, the aging of Chinese population has become more and more serious, and the elderly group has received extensive attention from society. Under the background of positive aging, the value of the elderly group receiving education has been affirmed. Community is the place that is most closely connected with the elderly group, and it is also the best place to carry out elderly education. It has special value connotation in promoting economic development, promoting family harmony and affirming the individual value of the elderly. In view of the current problems facing senior education in grassroots communities, such as imperfect construction of teaching staff, lack of platform position, unreasonable setting of educational content, and weak educational policy guarantee mechanism, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the system and mechanism construction of senior education in grassroots communities, enriching the content of senior education in grassroots communities, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of senior education in grassroots communities, and increasing the publicity of senior education in grassroots communities, so as to promote the high-quality development of senior education in grassroots communities.
