Abstract:

教师是兴教之本,师德是教师之本,中青年教师是高校教师队伍的生力军和中流砥柱,其道德成长和专业成长是内生一致的。高等医学院校是为我国医疗卫生事业培养高层次、高素质的合格卫生管理者和医务人员的重要阵地,师德培养尤为重要。本研究通过师生调研分析,发现师德状况整体向好。为进一步提升高校教师师德养成的规范性、内生性,本研究从思想引领、榜样精神、警示教育、多元评价等方面提出了一些培养建议。
Teachers are the foundation of developing education, and teachers’ morality is the foundation of teachers. Young and middle-aged teachers are the new force and mainstay of college teachers, and their moral growth and professional growth are endogenous and consistent. Medical colleges and universities are an important position to train high-level and high-quality qualified health managers and medical staff for China’s medical and health undertakings, and the cultivation of teachers’ morality is particularly important. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of teachers and students, it is found that the overall situation of teachers’ morality is improving. In order to further improve the standardization and endogeneity of college teachers’ moral cultivation, this study puts forward some training suggestions from the aspects of ideological guidance, exemplary spirit, warning education and multiple evaluation.
