农村妇女家庭地位的演变及其生成机制的研究——以浙江省X村为例
Study on the Evolution of Rural Women’s Family Status and Its Generating Mechanisms—Taking X Village in Zhejiang Province as an Example

本研究聚焦于经济制度变迁对中国农村女性家庭地位影响的深入分析。通过对浙江省平湖市X村20户家庭的质性研究，发现尽管农村女性的家庭地位有所提升，但在重大决策上依然依赖男性。乡村振兴和旅游业的发展为女性提供了新的就业机会和经济独立性，推动了性别角色和家庭权力结构的变化。研究揭示了家庭分工和性别秩序重构在提升农村女性家庭地位中的重要作用，为促进性别平等和农村妇女权益改进提供了实证支持。
This study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the impact of economic system changes on rural women’s household status in China. Through a qualitative study of 20 households in X village, Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province, it was found that although rural women’s household status has improved, they are still dependent on men for major decisions. Rural revitalisation and tourism development have provided women with new employment opportunities and economic independence, driving changes in gender roles and household power structures. The study reveals the important role of the division of labour in the household and the restructuring of gender order in enhancing rural women’s household status, and provides empirical support for the promotion of gender equality and the improvement of rural women’s rights and interests.
