Abstract:

中国传统文化博大精深、源远流长,传统的中国茶文化也是璀璨文化的组成部分。对外汉语教学作为中国语言文化输出的交流平台,除了语言的教学外,文化的教学也为国际文化交流搭建了宝贵的桥梁。在国际中文教育的课程教学中,茶文化的课程设计是讲好中国故事传递中国精神价值的重要通道,茶文化的教学能够帮助学生构建中国文化价值体系和学好中华文化精神。文章主要对国际中文教育中如何开展茶文化教学及教育价值作出了分析与论述,对中国茶文化教学在国际中文教育中的教育价值与意义开展了探讨。
Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound and has a long history. Traditional Chinese tea culture is also an integral part of brilliant culture. As an exchange platform for the export of the Chinese language and culture, teaching Chinese as a foreign language not only provides language teaching but also provides a valuable bridge for international cultural exchanges. In the course teaching of international Chinese education, the course design of tea culture is an important channel to tell Chinese stories well and transmit Chinese spiritual values. The teaching of tea culture can help students build a Chinese cultural value system and learn the Chinese cultural spirit well. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses how to carry out tea culture teaching and educational value in international Chinese education, and probes into the educational value and significance of Chinese tea culture teaching in international Chinese education.
