赣州市“林长 检察长”协作机制推进松材线虫病防控工作的探索和实践
Exploration and Practice of the Collaborative Mechanism of “Forest Chief Prosecutor General” in Ganzhou City to Promote the Prevention and Control of Pine Wilt Disease

赣州市森林资源丰富，是我国南方地区重要的生态屏障，同时也是松林资源大市，全市松林面积约占江西省松林面积的三分之一。由于松林面积大，加之赣州是江西松材线虫病最早发生的地区，赣州市松材线虫病疫情防控形势严峻。为巩固松材线虫病疫情防控成果，赣州市认真贯彻落实国家、省松材线虫病疫情防控五年攻坚行动计划要求，积极创新思路，2022年探索建立了“林长 检察长”协作机制，进一步压实防控责任，强化防控措施，松材线虫病防控成效得到进一步提升。赣州市“林长 检察长”推进松材线虫病疫情防控工作的做法纳入“2022年全国松材线虫病疫情防控典型经验汇报片”，获得广泛认可。
Ganzhou city has abundant forest resources, it is an important ecological barrier in the southern region of China, and also a major market for pine forest resources. The total area of pine forests in the city accounts for about one-third of the total area of pine forests in Jiangxi province. Due to the large area of pine forests, and Ganzhou is the area with the earliest occurrence of pine wilt disease in Jiangxi province, the epidemic prevention and control situation of pine wilt disease in Ganzhou city is severe. To consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control of pine wilt disease, Ganzhou city earnestly implements the requirements of the national and provincial five- year action plan for the prevention and control of pine wilt disease, positive innovative ideas, explored the establishment of a collaborative mechanism of “Forest chief Prosecutor general” in 2022, further strengthen the responsibility for prevention and control, strengthen prevention and control measures, effectiveness of prevention and control of pine wilt disease get further improvement. The practice of “Forest chief Prosecutor general” in Ganzhou city to promote the prevention and control of pine wilt disease epidemic has been included in the “2022 national typical experience report on pine wilt disease epidemic prevention and control”, obtain widely recognized.
