Abstract:

Hypertension is the most common chronic cardiovascular disease, and there are many types of antihypertensive drugs on the market, but there are polymorphisms in the drug metabolism genes associated with different individuals, resulting in a wide range of therapeutic efficacy. 1075 A > C locus of CYP2C9 gene and 1165 G > C locus of ADRB1 gene are the two loci that have an important influence on the efficacy of antihypertension drugs, and this paper provides a review of their clinical significance, and the methods used to detect them.
