Abstract:

针对传统Vlasov天线,增益较低、副瓣电平较高,方向图不够理想等问题,本文设计一款工作于太赫兹频段的Vlasov天线。利用三维电磁仿真软件对其进行模拟仿真,通过优化设计使天线的各项性能指标达到最佳。该天线是由圆波导演变而来,相比于圆波导,该天线的方向图特性和最大增益都有所改善。为了进一步提高天线性能,就必须对其进行改进,从而大大提高其方向图特性和最大增益。仿真结果表明,其最大增益可以达到15.7 dB,回波损耗S11在280 GHz到320 GHz频率范围内均小于?10 dB,辐射模式为单向波束和线极化辐射特性,从而解决了高功率微波器件中远场方向图轴向为零的问题。
Regarding the problems such as lower gain, higher sidelobe levels, and less than ideal directional patterns with traditional Vlasov antennas, this article presents the design of a Vlasov antenna operating in the terahertz frequency band. The antenna is simulated using three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software to optimize its performance metrics. Derived from a circular waveguide, the antenna exhibits improved directional characteristics and maximum gain compared to the original waveguide, though further enhancements are necessary to meet ideal standards. To further improve the antenna’s performance, modifications are made to significantly enhance its directional characteristics and maximum gain. Through simulation, the maximum gain can reach 15.7 dB, and the return loss S11 is lower than ?10 dB in the frequency range of 280 GHz to 320 GHz. The radiation patterns are unidirectional beam and linear polarization, effectively addressing the issue of axial nulls in the far-field pattern common in high-power microwave devices.
