蓝翠雀花挥发油的提取及生物活性研究

Abstract:
蓝翠雀花(Delphinium caeruleum Jacquem. ex Cambess.)是毛茛科(Ranunculaceae Juss.)翠雀属(Delphinium L.)多年生草本植物。用气相色谱–质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对蓝翠雀花的化学成分进行分析。从蓝翠雀花挥发油中鉴定出了35个化合物,并对其进行抗菌活性检测,抑菌实验结果显示其对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌有抑菌活性。
Delphinium caeruleum is a perennial herb of Delphinium in the Ranunculaceae Juss family. The chemical composition of the flowers was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Thirty-five compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Delphinium caeruleum and their antibacterial activities were tested. The results of antibacterial experiments showed that they had antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli.
