Abstract:

为探明有机农场上选择使用的不同配比梯度的尾菜沼液对上海青生长及其养分含量的影响,本文试验于2022、2023年在兰州市榆中县定远镇镇蒋家营村基本农田中进行,以评估三个不同梯度T1 (沼液清水体积比1:3)、T3 (1:9)、T5 (1:15)的尾菜沼液对上海青(四月慢)产量和养分浓度的影响。对不同梯度尾菜沼液下种植出的三种高原夏菜(四月慢)进行了每两周的株高测量,叶重、叶面积和氮、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)浓度在每年3~4个月收获期间测量。采用分块试验设计,对不同梯度上海青(四月慢)进行3个处理重复,结果表明不同梯度下的尾菜沼液对株高、叶重、叶面积或植株N和Fe浓度均存在一定的影响。
In order to explore the effects of different ratios of tail vegetable biogas slurry on rape growth and nutrient content in organic farms, the experiment of this paper was conducted in 2022, 2023 in the basic farmland of Jiangjiaying Village to evaluate the effects of three different gradients of tail vegetable biogas slurry T1 (biogas slurry to clear water volume ratio 1:3), T3 (1:9), and T5 (1:15) on the yield and nutrient concentration of Shanghai Cabbage (Siyueman). The plant height of three plateau Shanghai Cabbage (Siyueman) planted under different gradients of tail vegetable biogas slurry was measured every two weeks. Leaf weight, leaf area and nitrogen, iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) concentrations were measured during the harvest period of 3~4 months per year. Three treatments were repeated for different gradients of plateau Shanghai Cabbage (Siyueman) by block experiment design. The results showed that the biogas slurry of tail vegetables under different gradients had certain effects on plant height, leaf weight, leaf area or plant N and Fe concentration.
