乡村全面振兴背景下高校青年志愿服务参与农村基层社会治理路径研究
Study on the Path of College Youth Volunteer Service Participation in Rural Grassroots Social Governance under the Background of Comprehensive Rural Revitalization

在我国乡村振兴进程中，众多高校开展了多样化、全面性、持续性的乡村志愿服务活动。高校青年志愿服务积极参与农村基层社会治理不仅有利于推动乡村有序治理、振兴发展，而且有利于促进青年大学生的全面成长成才。但是，当前高校青年志愿服务存在的缺陷不足影响着乡村振兴与个人成长的协同发展。为更有效地完善农村基层社会治理、谱写新时代乡村全面振兴的新篇章，高校必须深化对“立德树人”教育理念的贯彻，切实服务于乡村全面振兴的发展战略，进一步完善和优化高校青年的志愿服务机制。高校应着重引导并培养高校青年的乡土情感，树立无私奉献的志愿服务理念；优化知识结构，发挥专业优势；强化深入农村服务实践，提升服务工作能力；注重实践效益，形成系列化持续性的志愿服务活动；整合多方社会资源，营造人民群众喜闻乐见又全面实效的志愿服务氛围。
In the process of rural revitalization in China, many universities have carried out diversified, comprehensive, and sustainable rural volunteer service activities. The active participation of college youth volunteer services in rural grassroots social governance is not only conducive to promoting the orderly governance and revitalization of rural areas, but also conducive to promoting the comprehensive growth and development of young college students. However, the current deficiencies in youth volunteer services in universities are affecting the coordinated development of rural revitalization and personal growth. In order to more effectively improve grassroots social governance in rural areas and write a new chapter in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in the new era, universities must deepen the implementation of the educational concept of “cultivating virtue and nurturing talents”, effectively serve the development strategy of comprehensive rural revitalization, and further improve and optimize the volunteer service mechanism for young people in universities. Universities should focus on guiding and cultivating the local emotions of young people in universities, and establish the concept of selfless and dedicated volunteer service; optimize knowledge structure and leverage professional advantages; strengthen in-depth rural service practices and enhance service work capabilities; emphasize practical benefits and form a series of sustainable volunteer service activities; integrate multiple social resources and create a comprehensive and effective volunteer service atmosphere that is popular among the people.
