日照市东港区居民线上医疗服务满意度调查分析

Abstract:
随着互联网的普及，网络信息技术与医疗服务之间的联系不断加强，国家鼓励发展医疗服务数字化建设的同时，仍有许多问题亟待解决。本文通过调查日照市东港区居民线上医疗服务的发展现状及存在的问题，分析影响该地区居民线上医疗服务满意度的原因，为其他类似地区在居民线上医疗服务管理领域的发展提供参考和借鉴。
With the popularization of the Internet, the connection between network information technology and medical services has been strengthened. While the state encourages the development of digital construction of medical services, there are still many problems to be solved. By investigating the development status and existing problems of residents’ online medical service in Donggang District of Rizhao City, the paper analyzes the reasons affecting residents’ satisfaction with online medical service in this area, and provides a reference for the development of other similar areas in the field of residents’ online medical service management.
