This paper mainly studies the impact of digital transformation on accounting work and proposes coping strategies. First, the concept, characteristics and development trends of digital transformation are introduced, and the impact of digital transformation on accounting data processing, decision analysis, internal control systems and human resources is analyzed. On this basis, countermeasures such as improving digital skills, strengthening data analysis capabilities and innovating accounting work processes are proposed. Finally, the research results are summarized and future research directions are prospected, which are of great significance in promoting the digital transformation of accounting work.
