Abstract:

建立妇婴卫生用品中树苔和橡苔提取物的液相色谱–串联质谱测定方法,以β-苔黑酚酸甲酯为特征物质初步鉴定。样品用甲醇提取,氮吹浓缩,采用Kinetex F5色谱柱分离,以乙腈和水为流动相梯度洗脱,质谱测定,外标法定量。β-苔黑酚酸甲酯在0.5~10 μm/L浓度范围内线性良好,方法检出限为1 μg/kg,定量限为3 μg/kg,加标水平的平均回收率为94.6%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.85%~4.63%。该方法可靠、稳定,可满足妇婴卫生用品中树苔提取物和橡苔提取物的初步筛查的需要。
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of tree moss and oak moss extracts in maternal and infant hygiene products, and β-lichen melanin methyl ester was initially identified as a characteristic substance. The samples were extracted by methanol, concentrated by nitrogen blowing, separated by Kinetex F5 column, gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, determined by mass spectrometry and quantitative determination by external standard method. The linearity of β-lichen melanin methyl ester was good in the range of 0.5~10 μm/L, the detection limit was 1 μg/kg and the quantitative limit was 3 μg/kg. The average recovery of the standard addition level was 94.6%~104%, and RSD was 1.85%~4.63%. The method is reliable and stable, and can meet the needs of preliminary screening of tree moss extract and oak moss extract in maternal and infant hygiene products.
