浅谈沙特项目人力资源管理

Abstract:
随着中国石油管道局在沙特市场的开拓,越来越多的沙特油气管道项目愿意与管道局合作。沙特哈拉德与哈维亚北部压气站项目是管道局在沙特市场规模最大的项目。该项目采用的中方管理人员 + 属地员工 + 劳务外籍人力资源管理模式为施工提供了坚实保障。本文从沙特项目的人员结构、用工形式、薪酬、劳动效率等方面进行分析,为将来国际项目人力资源管理工作提供参考。
With the development of the China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Limited Company (CPP) in Saudi market, more and more Saudi oil and gas pipeline projects are willing to cooperate with CPP. The north gas compression plants pipeline project in Saudi Haradh and Hawiyah station is the largest project of CPP in Saudi market. Chinese management staffs + local hires + foreign labors management model adopted in the project provides a solid guarantee for the project construction. This paper analyzes the personnel structure, employment form, salary, labor efficiency and other aspects of the Saudi project, so as to provide reference for the future human resource management of international projects.
