贵州省农业机械化发展对劳动力的替代研究

Abstract:
随着我国的工业化、城市化步伐的提升以及非农产业的飞速崛起，许多农民被迫离开他们的家乡，投身于更具经济效益的非农领域，这也造成了农民的人手不足。本文利用相关统计数据和函数测算方法来研究贵州省农业机械化进步与农民工人替换的相互影响，这对于提升农业机械化的进步是非常必要的。
With the improvement of industrialization and urbanization in China, as well as the rapid rise of non-agricultural industries, many farmers are forced to leave their hometowns and engage in more economically beneficial non-agricultural fields, which has also caused a shortage of manpower for farmers. This article uses relevant statistical data and function calculation methods to study the mutual influence between the progress of agricultural mechanization and the replacement of farmers and workers in Guizhou Province, which is necessary for improving the progress of agricultural mechanization.
