PC国际项目风险评价与对策研究
Risk Assessment and Countermeasures Research for PC International Project

PC国际项目工作界面复杂，协调难度大，且研究甚少。本文从国家及自然风险、经济风险、总包商及设计风险、采办风险、施工风险五个方面对PC工程所面临的风险进行分析、归类，建立了较为完善的评判指标体系，并运用AHP方法对风险因素进行了合理评价，确定了风险指标权重并提出了管理策略，为PC项目管理者有针对性地制定风险规避及风险应对策略提供了参考依据。
The work interface of PC international projects is complex, with great difficulties in coordination and few researches. This paper analyzes and classifies the risks faced by PC projects from five aspects, including national and natural risks, economic risks, general contractor and design risks, procurement risks and construction risks, establishes a relatively complete evaluation index system, and uses the AHP method to reasonably evaluate the risk factors, determines the weight of risk indicators and proposes management strategies, providing a reference for PC project managers to formulate targeted risk avoidance and risk response strategies.
