外派中文教师所遇法律问题及其应对方略探究

Abstract:
为支持世界各国中文教学工作的开展，中国教育部中外语言交流合作中心与国内高校每年都会外派中文教师志愿者与公派教师。文章重点关注中文教师海外工作生活期间所遇到的法律问题，通过问卷与访谈的形式，调研外派中文教师遇到的法律风险以及应对情况，归纳其中的一些共性和个性问题，为中文教师和派出管理单位提出对策建议，以期更好地保护外派中文教师的人身与财产安全，助力世界中文教学的内涵式发展。
In order to support the development of Chinese language teaching in countries around the world, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China and universities in China send out Chinese language teachers on volunteer and official assignments every year. This paper focuses on the legal risks encountered by Chinese teachers during their overseas work and life. Through questionnaires and interviews, the paper investigates the legal winds encountered by expatriate Chinese teachers and their responses to them, summarises some common and individual problems, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese teachers and the sending management units. The purpose is to better protect the personal and property safety of expatriate Chinese teachers and help the internal development of Chinese teaching in the world.
