贮藏时间对2种肉苁蓉寄主植物种子质量的影响

Abstract:
目的:通过对不同贮藏时间的梭梭和四翅滨藜的种子质量研究,为肉苁蓉种植产业规模化、规范化生产提供优质的寄主种子种苗来源。方法:以贮藏1年和2年的梭梭、四翅滨藜的种子为材料,测定种子净度、千粒重、含水量、吸水规律等指标并进行分析。结果:结果表明,贮藏1年的梭梭和四翅滨藜的种子千粒重、含水量均高于贮藏2年的,但种子净度和种子形态大小不受贮藏时间的影响;贮藏1年的梭梭种子吸水量和吸水速率低于贮藏2年,四翅滨藜则相反;不同的萌发温度处理下(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃),梭梭种子在15℃时发芽速率最快,且贮藏1年的发芽速率大于贮藏2年的;四翅滨藜种子在25℃沙培条件下,贮藏2年的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均高于贮藏1年的,发芽表现较好。结论:贮藏1年的梭梭种子质量较优,发芽适宜温度为15℃;贮藏2年的四翅滨藜种子质量优于贮藏1年的,四翅滨藜种子存在后熟现象,贮藏后的种子质量较佳。
Objective: To provide a high-quality source of host seedlings for the large-scale and standardised production of Cistanche deserticola plantation industry by studying the seed quality of two host plants (Haloxylon ammodendron and Atriplex canescens) with different storage times. Methods: Seeds of Haloxylon ammodendron and Atriplex canescens stored for 1 and 2 years were used as materials, and the indexes of seed clarity, thousand-seed weight, water content, and water absorption pattern were determined and analyzed. Results: The results showed that the thousand-seed weight and water content of the seeds of Haloxylon ammodendron and Atriplex canescens stored for 1 year were higher than that of those stored for 2 years, but the seed clarity and seed morphology and size were not affected by the storage time; the water absorption and rate of water uptake of the seeds of Haloxylon ammodendron stored for 1 year were lower than that of those stored for 2 years, while the opposite was true for Atriplex canescens; under the treatment of different germination temperatures (10?C, 15?C, 20?C, 25?C, 30?C), the fastest germination rate of the Haloxylon ammodendron seeds was at 15?C, and the germination rate of 1 year storage was greater than that of 2 years storage; Atriplex canescens seeds were stored for 2 years at 25?C under the condition of sand cultivation, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of 2 years’ storage were higher than that of 1 year’s storage, and the germination performance was better. Conclusion: The quality of Haloxylon ammodendron seeds stored for 1 year was better, and the suitable temperature for germination was 15?C; the quality of Atriplex canescens seeds stored for 2 years was better than that of those stored for 1 year, and there was the phenomenon of after-ripening of Atriplex canescens seeds, and
