Abstract:

为了探究水泥环缺失角度对套管安全可靠性的影响,在前期文献调研的基础上,建立了地层–水泥环–套管的组合模型,同时利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对水泥环不同缺失界面及角度下的套管外载进行仿真模拟,结合载荷计算公式分析其对套管外载的具体影响,揭示固井质量对套管安全可靠性的影响原理,并提出相应的评价和控制方法,为深层油气井的长期安全生产提供技术支撑。
In order to explore the impact of cement sheath missing angle on the safety and reliability of casing, a combination model of formation cement sheath casing was established based on previous literature research. At the same time, ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the external load of casing under different missing interfaces and angles of cement sheath. The specific impact of load calculation formula on the external load of casing was analyzed, revealing the principle of the impact of cementing quality on the safety and reliability of casing, and proposing corresponding evaluation and control methods, providing technical support for the long-term safety production of deep oil and gas wells.
