Abstract:

洞口县2017年收集疑似高致病性禽流感病例3例发病家禽5757只,扑杀发病家禽区域家禽共4.313万只,做无害化处理。2018年以来洞口县高致病性禽流感疫苗免疫检测,合格个体数量占免疫群体总数在70%以上。近八年来没有发生疑似高致病性禽流感疫情。制订《洞口县高致病性禽流感防控技术规范》,包括高致病性禽流感的诊断标准、预防措施、扑疫方案3项。并下发到乡镇农业综合服务中心和养殖场,组织实施,取得较好的防控效果。并对高致病性禽流感实验室诊断、候鸟监控、高致病性禽流感疫苗应用进行了研究,为同行提供参考。
In 2017, Dongkou County collected 3 suspected cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza, with 5757 affected poultry. A total of 431,300 poultry in the affected poultry area were culled and subjected to harmless treatment. Since 2018, the number of qualified individuals in the highly pathogenic avian influenza vaccine immunization testing in Dongkou County has exceeded 70% of the total number of immunized populations. There have been no suspected highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreaks in the past eight years. The Technical Specifications for the Prevention and Control of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Dongkou County was developed, including diagnostic criteria, preventive measures, and epidemic control plans for highly pathogenic avian influenza. And it was distributed to township agricultural comprehensive service centers and breeding farms, through organizing and implementing, good prevention and control effects were achieved. And research was conducted on laboratory diagnosis of highly pathogenic avian influenza, monitoring of migratory birds, and application of highly pathogenic avian influenza vaccines, providing reference for peers.
