Abstract:

绥宁县2022年发生人布病2例3人,绥宁县动物疾病预防控制中心对人感染布病开展流行病学调查和溯源,采集21个羊场血样2297份,检测出268份血样布病阳性,样品阳性率11.7%,扑杀布病阳性同群羊792只。绥宁县2022年布病经费87.34万元,其中扑杀羊792只补助39.6万元。其中曾德福、陈历峰等六家羊场存栏羊699只,采集血样279份,样品采集率39.9%,检测出布病阳性201份,样品阳性率72.0%,扑杀布病阳性同群羊699只,占全县扑杀布病阳性同群羊792只数的88.3%。写出的《绥宁县2022年羊布病流行病学调查报告》为邵阳市和怀化市7个周边县防控布病提供了重要依据。并对动物疫病流行病学调查的方法和建立人、动物疫病防控中心资源共享和联防联控机制进行了研究。供同行参考。
In 2022, Suining County experienced 2 cases and 3 cases of human brucellosis. The Suining County Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center conducted an epidemiological investigation and traced the human infection with brucellosis. 2297 blood samples were collected from 21 sheep farms, and 268 blood samples were tested positive for brucellosis. The positive rate of the samples was 11.7%, and 792 sheep in the same group were slaughtered. Suining County had allocated 873,400 yuan for brucellosis in 2022, including a subsidy of 396,000 yuan for slaughtering 792 sheep. Among them, six sheep farms including Zeng Defu and Chen Lifeng had 699 sheep on hand, with 279 blood samples collected and a sample collection rate of 39.9%. 201 sheep were detected as positive for brucellosis, with a sample positivity rate of 72.0%. 699 sheep in the same group with brucellosis positivity were slaughtered, accounting for 88.3% of the 792 sheep in the same group with brucellosis positivity in the county. The 2022 Epidemiological Investigation Report on Sheep Brucellosis in Suining County has been written, providing important basis for the prevention and control of sheep brucellosis in seven surrounding counties of Shaoyang City and Huaihua City. We conducted research on the methods of epidemiological investigation of animal diseases and the establishment of resource sharing and joint prevention and control mechanisms for human and animal disease prevention and control centers, which can provide a reference for peers.
