双峰县鸡的主要疫病防治技术规范
Technical Specifications for the Prevention and Control of Major Diseases in Chickens in Shuangfeng County

双峰县2020年收集了鸡传染性法氏囊炎9个病例、鸡传染性支气管炎11个病例、鸡痘23个病例，共43个病例发病鸡8295只，用半夏、天南星、白芥子、前胡、川贝母止咳化痰中药治疗传染性支气管炎，用青霉素、链霉素、盐酸吗啉胍治疗法氏囊炎，用碘酊、龙胆紫涂抹，配合麦冬、生地、丹皮、连翘等中药治疗鸡痘，治疗病鸡7859只，治愈5446只，治愈率69.3%。总结了2例疑似高致病性禽流感扑疫案例。积累了丰富的鸡主要疫病临床诊断、剖检、治疗经验，制订了《双峰县鸡主要疫病防治技术规范》，包括鸡主要疫病的诊断标准、预防措施、治疗方案3项。并下发到乡镇农业综合服务中心和养鸡场，组织实施，取得较好的鸡主要疫病防治效果。并对前人防治鸡主要疫病技术、经验进行了研究，供同行参考。
In 2020, Shuangfeng County collected 9 cases of infectious bronchitis in chickens, 11 cases of infectious bronchitis in chickens, and 23 cases of chickenpox. A total of 8295 chickens were infected with 43 cases. Chinese herbal medicines such as Pinellia ternata, Arisaema ternata, White Mustard Seed, Qianhu, and Fritillaria chuanxiong were used to treat infectious bronchitis. Penicillin, streptomycin, and morpholine guanidine hydrochloride were used to treat bronchitis, iodine tincture, gentian violet were applied, and combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as Ophiopogon japonicus, Shengdi, Danpi, and Forsythia suspensa to treat chickenpox. 7859 diseased chickens were treated, and 5446 were cured, with a cure rate of 69.3%. Two suspected cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza were summarized. We have accumulated rich experience in clinical diagnosis, autopsy, and treatment of major chicken diseases, and have formulated the “Technical Specification for Prevention and Control of Major Chicken Diseases in Shuangfeng County”, which includes three parts: diagnostic standards, preventive measures, and treatment plans for major chicken diseases. And it is distributed to township agricultural comprehensive service centers and chicken farms for implementation, achieving good results in the prevention and control of major chicken diseases. We have conducted research on the techniques and experiences of previous researchers in preventing and controlling major diseases in chickens, for reference by peers.
