Cuba: el programa de capacitación psicopedagógica y metodológico: Una alternativa para la estimulación de la competencia cognoscitiva

the psychopedagogical and methodological program is presented as a valid alternative, since it places teaching-learning methods (mainly the active and participative ones) to the service of personological development in general and particularly of cognoscitive competence considering the referents (student, teacher, content and context) and their narrow relations with the rest of the components of the teacher-educational process. the proposal summarizes the theoretical budgets, as well as the objectives, contents, preparation ways and evaluation forms that must be considered during the capacitation of the teaching staff in the career of computer engineering at ciego de avila university, since they result in adequate activity and communication conditions to stimulate cognoscitive competence in the teacher-methodological task. currently, its potentialities to facilitate a more coherent educational practice with the principles of the new educational paradigm are being corroborated by experts.
