El sendero que se bifurca: Hannah Arendt lectora de KantKeywords: reflective jugdment, sensus communis, aesthetics, public sphere, enlarged mentality. Abstract: this paper tries to answer why arendt chooses kant's third critique as the vehicle for vindicate judgment like the most political of human faculties and for stressing the autonomous character of politics, taking as departure point the analogy she makes between political an aesthetic phenomena. whereas in the second critique kant solved the problem of the foundation of ethics appealing to non conditional and universal principles as guidance for the will, arendt asseses that reflective judgment and the sensus communis principles allow us to shape a model of deliberative rationality in the context of a democratic public sphere.
