this article analyzes the constitutional procedural perspective of the chilean constitutional court decision rendered in abstract review and repairer of legal norms in the light of article 94 of the constitution and the constitutional court loc amended in 2009. this analysis is accompanied by some comparative considerations on other legislation on the subject mainly from latin america.
