this paper discusses specific forms of interference systems of law, economics and politics that can cause resonance in dealing with environmental issues. it presents, in a systemic perspective and autopoietic, economic instruments, particularly the principle of the protector-receiving, passing the examination of the adoption of programs for payment for environmental services to encourage voluntary practices of environmental protection.
