Judicial Globalisation. A New Model of North-South Relations for the 21st Century?Abstract: this work provides a critical assessment ofjudicial globalisation as described by neo-liberal scholars such as robert o. keohane, andrew moravcsik and anne-marie slaughter. according to them, judicial globalisation will create a global community of law and will transform adjudicative bodies around the world into discrete but significant centres ofpower that will reduce the margins for political foreign policy manoeuvres by governmental institutions. this essay will demonstrate that this theory responds to a particular political agenda by which an emerging transnational elite pretend to impose their interests over developing countries.
