Estudio polisomnográfico en pacientes con fibromialgía primaria

fibromalgia is disease of unknown ethiology that present more frecuently in going women even that at nigth appears a tomy age. the patients have a decrease of melatonin during the night their sleep pattern is changed. we studied ten patients with fibromalgia with poligraphyc studies during sleep and found alternations of phases i and ii with many awakening episodes and tierines at the moment of arousal with oncrease of painful symptoms.
