Evaluación de factores psicológicos asociados a la nefropatía crónica del injertoKeywords: psychological factors, transplant renal, chronic nephropathy of the graft, study descriptive-discriminate, cross-sectional type. Abstract: the chronic nephropathy of the graft (nci), constitutes one risk in the process of over life of the patients renal transplanted, for that reason the emphasis in the pharmacologist treatment goes to the suppression of the immune system to disminuition the defensive reaction of the organism the strange organ. to evaluate the psychological factors during this process is fundamental from the psyco neuroinmunology and the psiconefrology. this study of descriptive-discriminate and cross-sectional type to describe and to compare the psychological factors associate to this immunological answer, and to determine the possible discriminate effect of the depression, the rumination, and the perception of the effects of the transplant in the evolution of a chronic nephropathy of the graft in 74 patients of the service of nephrology of the university hospital of caracas. the results show that the patients transplanted with and without nci do not present depression indicators, did not report tendency to the rumination, display feelings of fault referred the donor, worry about the function of the graft, do not have problems to reveal their physical conditions, have disadvantages for the adhesion to the treatment and feel responsable about their health. the discriminate analysis suggests do not exists significant differences between the groups, nevertheless, the variables depression, responsibility on their health and rumination both groups could point towards the discrimination being, without these results are conclusive. the fundamental contribution of the present investigation is centred in the findings on the evaluation of the psychological factors in a clinical condition of multifactor ethiology and to stimulate the development of a line of investigation until now little boarded in the study field of the psiconefrology in venezuela.
