GEOLOGíA DE LA PARTE ORIENTAL DEL DISTRITO MINERO SEGOVIA - REMEDIOS

this paper presents geology and structural cartography of the eastern zone of the segovia-remedios mining district, with central axis over the bagrecito river and nus and bagre faults, applied to the exploration of gold ore minerals, in a zone of about 120 km2. characterization and petrography description of metamorphic, intrusive, volcanic and sedimentary rocks are specially made; additionally, prevailing structural faults patterns, stratification, foliation, veins and fractures and their relationship with minerals deposits are registered.
