El adulto mayor en Jujuy: avatares e impacto social del envejecimiento poblacional

this article is a summary of the progress of the research project, a？the elderly in jujuy: avatars and social impact of population aging and their conditions of productiona？, accredited at the secretary of science and technology and regional studies of national university of jujuy (code 08/c179) and runs in the research unit in social work from the faculty of humanities and social sciences. this project has as overall objective to achieve a qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of the state of affairs of the elderly in the province of jujuy, by applying a model that enables convergent investigative through its results, transfer and contribution to the definition public policies and strengthen programs and projects aimed at this population sector.
