Un modelo de capacitación en orientación ocupacional en contextos internacionalesKeywords: training, counselors, international context, active engagement. Abstract: this article describes a model for the training of career practitioners in international contexts. this model uses an "active engagement" approach and has as its foundation the following factors: 1. competence / skill based; 2. experiential learning; 3. strength challenge; 4. critical reflection; 5. dynamic interventions and processes; and 6. imbedded learning and innovation. there also is discussion of other practical training issues.
