Democratización del conocimiento científico tecnológico en Colombia

the society's ignorance, scientific illiteracy or the widespread apathy about innovation and development in science and technology could restraint a dynamic social participation to regulate democratically the production of science and technology. the objective of this article is to identify and consolidate participative mechanisms in order to facilitate the democratization of technological and scientific knowledge through a systematic, progressive and inclusive process mainly in colombia -taking into account the colombia context which is included into global and latin american dynamics about development, innovation, science and technology.
