Instituciones estatales y orden político: Dise？o, prácticas y representaciones de la justicia federal en la `confederación′ (1854-1861)

the article studies some vicissitudes in the organization and functioning of the federal justice in the "confederación" (1854-1861). we take into consideration problems that had not been considered in other studies. the problematic is linked with the redefinitions of the role and the political - institutional relations between the provincial powers and the central one and between the judicial power and the other two states powers. first we analyze the law that, on having arranged the requirements of the "national lawyers", allowed the conformation of the federal justice. then, we examine its dynamics considering the action of the provinces and of the "cámara superior de justicia" (that replaced the supreme court of justice). finally, in our conclusions we project the experience to the period opened in 1862.
