this document sets out the necessary methodology and procedures to carry out the functions of evaluation, control and monitoring of noise from stationary sources of emission of noise, in a standardized, adequate, repeatable and reliable way. the protocol aims to implement in detail the procedure for determining the noise emission, according to the resolution 627 of 2006 issued by the ministry of environment, housing and territorial development. at the same time the protocol introduces some modifications that improve it considerably.
