Francisco Gény en la cultura jurídica argentina

the aim of this study is to investigate and explain the presence of francisco gény′s ideas in the argentine legal culture during the first half of the 20th century. at that moment, in our legal ambience, an outstanding interest was manifested for the french jurist′s reflections, which from the middle of last century are crystallized in those chapters of civil law or general theory treatises which consider the interpretation of the law and its sources without dedicating, in general, any important development to his reflections, only pointing out that they are ideas which highlighted in the past.
