Wybory samorz dowe w Rzeszowie w 2010 roku - specyfika i uwarunkowania

Changes that took place in the early nineties allowed the society to have a free choice of its representatives holding the positions of local government and to verify the results of their work. Therefore, local elections are really important element of the social community. The quality level of voters' life depends on the results of the elections. From the political scientist point of view the city of Rzeszów is very interesting as the object of a deep study. Rzeszów stands out from other similar cities because of its specificity and local conditions. During every elections one political party dominates the others and even though it wins, it does not always govern after the elections. This situation occurred recently, when the local elections took place in 2010.
