HPLC Determination of Ginkgolide A and Ginkgolide B Content in Ginkgolide Dropping Pills
HPLC法测定银杏内酯滴丸中银杏内酯A及银杏内酯B总量

This study was aimed to establish the method of determining ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B content in ginkgolide dropping pills.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used in the research with N-propanol-THF-water(1∶27∶72) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.And the detection wavelength was at 220 nm.The results showed that the determination method of ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B content in ginkgolide dropping pills was established.And the RSD of ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B were 1.39% and 2.16%,respectively.It was concluded that this method is simple and reliable,which can be used for quality control of ginkgolides dropping pills.
