An Empirical Analysis of Rural Human Resources Mobility System Evaluation

According to the evaluation index system established on the flow of rural human resource of China based on certain principle and standard; and combined with the investigation of analysis on the collected data, results show that significant regional difference exists in the flow of rural human resource after an empirical study on the four representative provinces by means of principal component analysis. In addition, reasons for this difference have been analyzed, and accordingly, relevant proposals have been put forward.
