Privatization in Ukraine: national interests, priorities and safety

The article is devoted to the research of nature, priority, spheres of threats originto the national security of Ukraine on the basis of home normative-legal basis concerningprivatization and fundamental scientific research.The evaluation of the sources of threats to the national security of Ukraine arising, spheresof their origin, the scale and possible effects due to the privatization of the strategic enterprises ofthe national economy is made.The reasons for lack of the investment policy strategy and effective regulatory procedure offoreign capital access to the Ukrainian strategic plants privatization have been analysed.Both some benefits of the foreign capital investing for the country economy increase andproblems dealing with this process especially concerning significant transnational capital are paidspecial attention to. Some aspects of investment policy development and regulation procedures ofparticipation of strategic plants of foreign investors in the privatization process are substantiated.A number of important measures for the strategic plants privatization policy regulation involvingnational capital security and support procedures are proposed.
