The Questionnaire which was applied to 328 teachers in these schools was evaluated. The results obtained in the researchment were presented with frequency, mean value and standard deviation and also the answers obtained from demographic questions were presented with percent and frequency distribution. The scores of theachers gained from scales were tested with T-test in two categories variables according to their gender, branch and educational background to understand whether they are different or not. The scores of teachers gained from scales to understand whether they are different or not according to their lenght of tenure and age were tested with One-Way ANOVA and The Kruskall-Wallis H test. After One-Way ANOVA variance analysis; no differences between the categories was found. After The Kruskall-Wallis H test; to determine between in which categories there is a difference Mann–Whitney U T-Test was used. Spearman Correlation Test was used to specify the relationship between TL and JS. As a result of researchment it is found that there is a low- level relationship between school administrators’ TL characteristics and the JS of teachers who work at primary schools. According to the views of the teachers in this researchment; school administrators being sufficient in performing TL behaviours and performing these behaviours frequently enable the teachers pleased of their job, doing their job fondly and loving their jobs more than others.
