With the increasing volume of data processed in companies, data quality issues became the subject of interest of managers. As well as the question of what level of data properties is required. Despite its importance the data are not only a key asset of the company. Also the issue of data management is not completely separated from other management areas. The goal of this work is a comprehensive description of the impact which data properties make through other IT management dimensions to IT/ICT performance metrics. The demonstration of the "causalities" is based on an approach called Fuzzy Cognitive Maps.
