The advantage linked up to the divestment of public real estate is anyway evident: the Government immediately obtains the funds it needs, with beneficial effects, both in relation to public finances, both for the growth of economic and financial system. The main obstacle to the sale is the fact that real estate is very diverse in terms of type, ownership, use, geographical location. Despite this, the sale of real estate of Public Administration is an initiative fully correct.
