La imposición del nombre de Ramon Llull en el bautismo: dos casos jurídicamente controvertidos en Mallorca durante el a o1763

This article tries to show the tensions between lullists and antilulists in the second half of the 18th Century in Mallorca from two cases. The first explains an antillulist father protests against an ecclesiastic of the Cathedral of Mallorca who had baptized against his will his daughter by the name of Ramon Llull. The second case shows the rejection of a priest to baptize with this name. These two legally controversial cases serve to demonstrate canonical problems of Lullian cult and its consequences in Mallorca at that time. Este artículo intenta mostrar las tensiones entre los lulistas y los antilulistas en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII en Mallorca a partir de dos casos concretos. El primero explica las protestas de un padre antilulista contra un eclesiástico de la Catedral de Mallorca que había bautizado contra su voluntad a su hija con el nombre de Ramón Llull. El segundo caso muestra la negativa de un párroco de bautizar con ese nombre. Estos dos casos jurídicamente controvertidos sirven para mostrar los problemas canónicos del culto luliano y sus consecuencias en Mallorca en esa época.
