The employee engagement is nowadays one of the determinants of the efficient functioning of the organizations. In the paper author undertakes issues of the employee engagement significance for organizations. However, engagement is threaten wider as author took into account issues connected with social and family life engagement. Basing on the empirical research the propositions of motivating to engagement in those three areas (organization, society and family life) were proposed as well asrelations between them were indicated.
